Our lived experience is through the Body, flavored by the palate of senses that bring us pleasure, peace, pain, and everything in between. Modern life and the technologies we’ve adopted easily pull our awareness from our body, so as we gather in community, we prioritize Movement!
When we Initiate a M U R M U R R, We MOVE to ignite the Fire within. Through dynamic, mindful, and playful embodiment practices, we release stagnant energy and open our awareness to the fullness of life on Earth. We orient our lives to the needs of the moment, finding true Presence with self in community with others.
UNDERSTAND.
Opening our hearts and minds to cultivate space for mutual understanding. Together we cultivate a culture of empathy through active listening, authentic relating and learning how to orient our language towards compassion through Non-violent communication. Every relationship has the potential to transform when there is a commitment to Understanding. Through this heart-centered practice, We elevate our lives and our communities as we learn the skills to resolve inevitable conflicts.

When Communities of humans come together with intention and in celebration, we engage in the power of heart coherence! A phenomenon where synchronized movement, breath, and intention align to create harmony within and around us. Through storytelling expressed in song and dance, we tap into a universal rhythm that transcends words, fostering deep connection and emotional resonance. As we move together, our collective energy amplifies, uplifting and uniting us in a shared experience of joy, presence, and transformation.
RELATE.
From a space of Understanding, we orient towards how we relate to each other and the world around us. When we understand the problems we face, we are able to step into authentic relationship with what is present for us to do! We offer unique experiences that allow you to immerse yourself in life-serving activities as a community. We anchor every MURMURR in a service project including pulling invasive plants, planting native plants and picking up trash. We incorporate group foraging hikes, to learn about all the edible foods that our local ecosystems provide. We invite many forms of relational play into the MURMURR. Learn how to relate to all beings on the planet and beyond.
